This 3 day elective investigates the processes involved in creating a new business venture. It is intellectually stimulating, practical, and interactive, requiring a high degree of involvement and commitment from participants.

It is composed of a series of short “taught” inputs interspersed with multidisciplinary individual, group and plenary activities which require participants to work to strict deadlines.

Participants will draw heavily on their functional business knowledge to contribute to team development of viable new business models.
