The Strathclyde Business School and Rafarm SA joined their forces in terms of executive education. Rafarm SA became the case study of SCIP (Strategic Consulting in Practice). Dr. Peter Flett, Senior Senior Teaching Fellow from the Starthclyde Business School, Mrs. Joanna Rassia, Vice President – Operations, QPPV from Rafarm SA, together with Mr. George Chalkias, R&D Director, Mr. Gus Chatzellis, R&D & Pharm. Tech. Manager and Mr. Kostas Podaras, Regulatory Affairs Manager – CMC Regulatory Affairs Department and seminar participants worked in a scenario titled “Further penetration of Rafarm into the OTC (Over The Counter) Greek market”. Participants in groups had two days to present a strategic analysis based on the above subject.
