The purpose of this course is to offer students an opportunity to study in-depth organizations and the management of work.
This programme of study is provided by a Department able to offer research led teaching excellence. In studying these core elements, participants will engage with contemporary ideas and arguments in industrial sociology, occupational psychology and other human sciences about the many recent and ongoing changes that are found in organizations. There will also be options for students to specialize in international HRM or employment law.
The MSc in Human Resource Management is a part-time, 24 month course for those who aim to pursue careers in the field of human resource management. The programme is fully accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and provides routes from student membership to graduate membership.
